Mike Rice - Deputy Chief

Mike Rice is the Deputy Chief in charge of Management Services. There are several divisions within the Management Services Bureau each with their own specialties and responsibilities.

Parking and Violations Division

Lynette Forman oversees the parking and violations division.All parking related functions are grouped with this division. This includes the vehicle office, which maintains the faculty, staff, and student vehicle registrations as well as parking services, entailing parking enforcement, impounds, and visitor parking.

Emergency Management and Personnel Division

Inspector Mary Johnson oversees the emergency management and personnel division. This includes the important task of emergency management and prepearedness for Michigan State University as well as the recruitment and hiring of all police officers.

Technical Services Division

Ron Reamer oversees the technical services division. This division's specialty is access control. From the parking lot gate arms to building security systems, the department's technical services are a major part of the daily operation of Michigan State University.

Business Services Division
